WE CAN END UNEMPLOYMENT

Unemployment is a basic problem in a society . Idle minds make Satanic thinking like terrorism , caste ism ,fundamentalism ,racism ,rowdyism ,law and order problems etc. All of us think it can't be controlled or finished .

Reasonable thinking, questioning us why ? Let us find the reason for the unemployment and then we can find a solution.
Here prevails the illiteracy .So teachers are needed .Trained teachers are here in plenty without jobs .
Crores of people are in need of sugar .There is enough sugar in godowns .If needed people get needed sugar the godowns will be empty at once and to produce sugar there will need sugar factories . There will employment opportunity .
Thus if needed buy dresses there will be a need for factories and they will accommodate lakhs of workers .
Take chapels for instance .If barefoot of India wear chapels and shoes ,which will decrease diseases ,all the shoe marts will be emptied soon.We may extend this list to all the items we use in our life .

The point is money . The buying capacity of the people should be increased . Then we can employ the maximum workers in our factories ,fields ,schools offices and in service sectors etc.

Here comes the land reforms which we forget to implement properly.In sixty years we do not share the resources between us properly.Few hundreds of land lords are having 60 %-70 % of the lands while crores of toiling mass having only hands as their wealth .There is a Chinese proverb :"a man is given birth with not only a stomach but also with hands and brain . So if we utilise the tremendous human resource properly we can do wonder .

We can share the land and give it to the crores of agricultural labourers and some money they will work hard to get the gain for themselves .Till date they are working for others only . The harvest will yield them money to buy things they need to live a decent life . They could not even think this type of life .In due course their next generation will have works in factories ,in govt services .

All is correct .Who will give the lands to the people ? The people with the help of the government ,if the govt truly intend to minimise the unemployment problem .
This will only happen when the govt is of toilers .Let us all work for it and close the problem of Unemployment

Every point has its other side

Nowadays people are restless . They prejudge everything and act according to
their idea . At last the results get changed and they feel depressed .To avoid this we may listen to others while they oppose us . Every point has its other side . It may not seen by us for many reasons . While others try to bring it to our notice in the interest of us , our short sightedness will bring a wall between the real and our assumption . So, try to be objective and get the benefit of hearing others.

When my father died I had to get a death certificate and legal heirs certificate from Tashildar. V.A.O. who is a friend to me , asked me Rs.400/-. I mocked at him that , "come and search in my house ; if there is my father you don't give certificate". He signed and gave it to me "You go and say the same to Tashildar and get your certificates". Then I went to R.I. nearly five days and Tashildar took twenty days .Believe it or not the dispatch clerk took two days to put the seal on it .Finally I counted and found that I had spent RS.550/- to get the needed certificates.If I had given to my V.A.O.friend Rs.400/- I would have got it in four days instead of one and half month time. This is the position of our country .

But I would say that corruption is the product of our system .When the system is changed it would gradually decrease ,diminish and dis appear.When would it change ? If we, the people , join hands to fight till the end, it will.

Till that time ,we can oppose the corruption at top level first . Finding faults with lower level may correct . But it is like crushing of mosquitoes and letting off crocodiles. And because of the top bosses corruption grow to the roots. So ,let us start with 2G, Chethan desai , CWG,IPL etc.

Rumours
Rumour mongers spread false news . It is officially rejected by China and Pakistan that Chinese who came to Pak occupied Kashmir were to help in historical flood that Pakistan had ever seen . Humanitarian helps are used for sowing hatred by vested interests like U.S.A. who started to mention the news referred . Please hold in mind that this USA told the world that Iraq has atomic weapons ,even though U.N.O. rejected it , and started war against it.And history taught it to return back to their country with shame before the mankind.

Kalaignar continuously attacking left parties particularly CPI(M) vehemently that Maoists are the weapons of CPIM .A.B.Barthan and Sitaram Yechury replied sharply but in a low voice .Yechury told that Kalaignar knows all thing but to support Mamtha as an alliance party at the central govt he says so.
Maoists or Naxalites from the beginning of it attacking CPIM and its policy .Hundreds of its cadres were killed upto emergency period and now at least 250 cpm men have been killed after the recent parliamentary election .Knowing this how can one say that Maoist are the tools of CPIM.

For sometime now,there are plenty of meetings to praise Mr. Karunanidhi .He is enjoying it .But in contrary CPIM is exposing continuously his govts anti
dalits stand,law and order problem ,corruption ,price rise and supporting all wrong doings of central govt .Govt employees and labours of Tamilnadu come to the roads to press their demands.These are irritating him and he feels that these exposure may cause defeat in the coming assembly election he get worried .

DMK is aligning with AIADMK .-If this is correct , then it is right that Maoists
are the tool of CPIM.

Pranab,Are you correct?

It shocked when I read a news item in 'The Hindu',Chennai edition , that our Finance Minister had spoken that he found nothing wrong in the speech of the Railway Minister Mamtha Bannerjee . Mamtha had spoken that inquiry should be done on the encounter of Azad ,a key cadre of Maoists .

Our Prime Minister has more than one time told that the most internal danger is the terrorism of Maoists . As a cabinet minister it is her bounden duty to defend her government policy and her Prime Minister . Morally also , all would accept that murders of general public , CPIM cadres and police men by Maoists are unpardonable.

We can understand if activists of human rights raise questions about
Azad 's encounter. That every culprit should be booked under rules of law and
it has not happened in case of Azad.
ButMamtha who is a cabinet Minister asks for inquiry. we can come to a conclusion that Mamtha is in a position to use all the stones to bring down the Left Govt of West Bengal and after all it is only her alliance party ,the congress ,that did the encounter. And Mamtha was always known to her contradictory politics .

But ,what happened to this elder politician ,Mr.Pranab. ? It is the Andhra Pradesh Congress government that encountered Azad . As a congress leader he should oppose her.In parliament opposition parties made charges on Mamtha and cornered Manmohan that he should come open to declare his stand on Azad's encounter and Mamtha's speech.

So, there is no other idea to us to take Pranab ,a minister from west bengal has no other go to defend her as the election is nearing in their state. Though she is not interested in defending congress ,can this gentleman could be so with his own party?

Kitchen less homes All houses are having a kitchen and all homes are having one or two women cooks . What a loss of human resource ! In the name of culture we torture our wives , sisters and mothers . Release their potential and make it a wealth to our family and world . 'Then how could we eat ? 'certainly you would ask. It is the problem of both the genders . we would jointly find solution . All the wards , council areas will have a mess . These ladies may get jobs in them . Hygienic ,tasteful and cheaper food we will get there . All men ,women and children would go there and take their food in all times. 'It is an Utopian idea',you may say.But if we try and jointly bring this to the politicians they will cry louder as a point in their election manifesto . (Captain will be the first ). Cheaper ? How? There comes the govt .It may directly or through Co-op. institutions can handle these messes . Here you think that crores and crores are spent as tax cuts to the bigwigs of our nation like Anil and Mukesh . Why can't the people of India be given food subsidy . After all they are the real (indirect taxes) tax payers. Thus we can change the torturous and boring work of cooking into a happy one ; In the families no quarrels will happen .Love ...Love..! any where in our surroundings love only will prevail .

The boys  who were driven by he teacher for not memorizing tables and could not catch the mathematics , are successfully calculating money in running buses as conductors  and in  shops as cashiers . The boy who was told to stop from school for continuously getting fail marks in science is busy with his vehicle's workshops as mechanic  where 'that' teacher repairs his car . The politician who is attractively speaking in stage for more than two hours told during his speech that he was beaten by his Tamil teacher for wrong pronunciation and so he stopped his schooling . An unskilled worker working in Abudhabi wrote to his English teacher thanking him , for he had punished him for misspelling words ; so only he stopped his studies and reach there with his friend and he wonder that he do not know how he speaks English so fluently in a foreign country.

You can come across these cases frequently .These facts are shocking while they are collectively reviewing . They say that our syllabuses and curricula do not match our life needs . And more they say who fail the exams which we conduct in schools and colleges are not really judging the capacity of the individuals .They are more talented than these exams valuate

These grave break between the real life and knowledge one gets through books should be narrowed .

You see around us   . Engineers draw the blue prints but it is mason and his helpers who build our houses. While current is strucked the mechanical engineer calls local electrician (Uneducated)to put fuse in order . The bike is repaired by an uneducated mechanic . Carpenter corrects the doors and windows . Coolies are laying the roads to ride vehicles for educated and brilliant people . cook in hotels and in marriages are uneducated (there may some exception) who plough the fields to give food for intellectuals who could not put a nail in their walls without the help of the carpenter? Weavers make cloth and tailors make dresses . Are they well educated ? We can go on like this which i don't want.

What then the educated men doing ? Reading papers , books , and talking or teaching or writing about these items ; Planning how to eat differently and enjoying life spending money they get through corruption ,bribery etc....

So let us have a new look on uneducated .

தந்தை பெரியார் குரலாக உள்ளதே என எண்ண வேண்டாம் ;பெரியார் கடவுள் இல்லை என்றார் .ஆனால் , திருவள்ளுவர் கடவுள் இருக்கிறார் ; அவர் ஒழியவேண்டும் என்றார் . என்னே வள்ளுவரின் மனித நேயம் !
அதனால்தான் திருக்குறள் உலக இலக்கியமாகப் போற்றப்படுகிறது .
